Whisky Flavour ProfilesThe Directory uses unique Flavour Profiles to tell you how each whisky tastes, rating the whisky according to fifteen flavour categories and presenting the results in the form of a bar chart. The Flavour Profiles are based on the judgements of four of the Scotch whisky industry's most expert tasters.
