	Whatever your opinion of the practice of finishing, you can’t deny that it perks up a whisky no end. This, the same spirit as the previous, has spent some time in a decent cask instead of the wornout ex-bourbon casks which most of the industry uses. The improvement is spectacular and the whisky very fine indeed.
